These kits are a simple but very effective way of adding colour to your dolls house. The kits come with full instructions, piece of furniture with any door hardware separately packaged and a sheet which has the design printed onto it.
The design sheet is made to fit the piece of furniture. Some designs need some careful trimming for the design to fit perfectly - the more care that is taken at this stage - the better the result. The finished piece is not difficult to create if time is taken with each step and each step is left to dry completely.
Not included in the kit is the stain or paint to cover the piece of furniture or the PVA glue to stick the design in place, gold paint for embellishment or varnish. Tools required are sharp scissors both straight and embroidery or curved small scissors and brushes.
After the design has been stuck in place and left to dry some pieces can have gold embellishments added to them before the furniture is varnished.
